Dave Richardson | Keyboards
Originally from near Pittsburgh, PA, Dave Richardson has lived in Las Vegas for 28 years, working as a musical director, keyboardist, arranger, and session player. Dave moved here after attending the University of Miami, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in jazz performance, and his Master’s degree in composition and arranging.
Since arriving in Las Vegas, he has performed with David Foster, Kenny Loggins, Chaka Khan, Donna Summer, Ruben Studdard, Charice, Philip Bailey, Dan Hill, Jackie Evancho, Latin recording artists Lorenzo Antonio and Sparx, jazz saxophonist Rick Margitza, the Clint Holmes show, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You, Hairspray, Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular, The Producers, The Lion King, Surf! The Musical, and Rock of Ages. He is also the keyboardist and one of the main songwriters for Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns.
Dave’s recording credits with Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns include Santa Fe Live, Let the Healing Begin, When the Curtain Goes Up, and The Answer. One of his original songs, Si Te Vas, has been recorded by the Tortilla Factory, and has received extensive radio airplay.

Dave’s recording credits also include A Bailar, with Lorenzo Antonio and Sparx, Burning Organ, with virtuoso rock guitarist Paul Gilbert, and with his partner, Lenny Lopez, Let There Be Peace On Earth, a Christmas CD to benefit victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In 2017, Dave completed a 4 year run with Rock of Ages as Musical Director/Keyboardist, and is currently involved in a variety of projects, including the enduring legacy of Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns.
